At Luxury Concrete® we do not cease in our effort to have, increasingly, a catalog of high-quality products capable of adapting to the needs of all types of professionals.
Thus, in addition to having an extensive range of different microcements with which spaces are transformed in a quick and effective way, we have now decided to introduce a new varnish that maximally protects the nuances that are created in each application with any of our coatings.
Thus, we welcome to the family of varnishes for microcement from Luxury Concrete® a new water-based polyurethane varnish with outstanding features. A two-component sealer to maintain microcement supports in excellent condition for extended periods of time. And, in addition, providing a natural finish that is a delight for all those people who visually contact the areas where it is applied.
We present you the new Concrete Finish WT Max.
This water-based polyurethane sealer adapts perfectly to both indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to its impressive chemical and mechanical performance. We are dealing with a product with great resistance to abrasion, pedestrian traffic, and water. On this last point, this two-component varnish achieves quite high levels of waterproofing, making it a winning choice for wet areas such as bathrooms.
Similarly, it is a perfect varnish for both parquet floors and those pavements that are in damp areas such as bathrooms, as well as sports courts or others that are going to suffer a very high traffic and wear.
This product available in gloss, satin or matte finish, can display these aesthetic effects in any area where it is used as it also proves very resistant to direct sunlight, ensuring that the surfaces on which it is applied do not fade or yellow from being exposed to UV rays.
It should also be noted that it is applied very simply, regardless of the location of the floor or wall, obtaining great aesthetic and functional results in short periods of time. It is applied in two layers, right after Primacrete Finish, with a drying time between them never less than 12 hours or more than 24 hours. Only the first coat will be sanded with a 400 grit sandpaper.
With all the resistances it has Concrete Finish WT Max, it also forms the most suitable sealer for coatings that are exposed to the weather. Unlike other sealers that, although they do not yellow, are designed to achieve their maximum performance indoors.
In short, the multiple qualities of Concrete Finish WT Max they do not disappoint. Whatever the microcement coating and the area in which it is applied as a water-based polyurethane sealer. Do you dare to try it?
